- Electricity ($100)
- Temporary Health Permit ($250 - required for all non-Dallas permitted food trucks and other food vendors)
- A hand and dishwash station will be provided for you
PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS RESPONSIBILITY
- Food from 5-10pm in Bishop Arts for up to 1500 people
- Booth decorations
- All serving supplies, gloves, hair restraints and utensils
- Hot boxes, Refrigeration and cooking equipment as required
- Extension cords if necessary (NO POWER STRIPS)
- IF NECESSARY - Copies of requested information from the Health Department:
- Detailed menu
- Where food prep will take place
- Most recent health inspection of food prep location
- Food permit of food prep location
- How food will be transported to event
- How food will be stored at event
MENU GUIDELINES
This is a French festival! Attendees are looking for classic French fare; baguette, crêpes, jambon, patisserie, macaron, etc. We welcome creativity, but the food should be in the theme of French inspired cuisine.
Food vendors may NOT sell alcoholic beverages, however food vendors are encouraged to sell water and non-alcoholic beverages at their booth
