    PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS BENEFITS

    • Exclusivity of food type
    • Access to up to 5000 attendees
    • Keep all your revenue - no profit sharing
    • 10x10 booth space with tent and (2) 8ft tables and plastic linens
    • Extensive marketing including listing on festival website with direct link
      • Inclusion in pre-event marketing
      • Social media and email campaigns 

    ADD ONS

    • Electricity ($100)
    • Temporary Health Permit ($250 - required for all non-Dallas permitted food trucks and other food vendors)
      • A hand and dishwash station will be provided for you

    PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS RESPONSIBILITY

    • Food from 5-10pm in Bishop Arts for up to 1500 people
    • Booth decorations
    • All serving supplies, gloves, hair restraints and utensils
    • Hot boxes, Refrigeration and cooking equipment as required
    • Extension cords if necessary (NO POWER STRIPS)
    • IF NECESSARY - Copies of requested information from the Health Department:
      • Detailed menu
      • Where food prep will take place
      • Most recent health inspection of food prep location
      • Food permit of food prep location
      • How food will be transported to event
      • How food will be stored at event
         

    MENU GUIDELINES

    This is a French festival! Attendees are looking for classic French fare; baguette, crêpes, jambon, patisserie, macaron, etc. We welcome creativity, but the food should be in the theme of French inspired cuisine.

    Food vendors may NOT sell alcoholic beverages, however food vendors are encouraged to sell water and non-alcoholic beverages at their booth

  • Menu & Health Permit

  • If your food truck is not permitted in the City of Dallas, Go Oak Cliff will obtain a Temporary Event Permit for your participation. The following information is required in order to do so.

  • If you utilize a commissary kitchen, you must provide Proof of Permission (i.e. Letter or contract) and the Health Permit and Most Recent Inspection report for that kitchen.

  • If you fall under the Texas Cottage Law the following rules apply:

    1. You may not sample food at your booth

    2. All food must be packaged in sealed containers.

    PARTICIPATING VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

    • Booth decorations and supplies (tents, tables, chairs and electricity are available to rent by June 1, 2022)
    • Set up, break down and clean up
    • Permits, if necessary, based on items for sale
    • Extension cords if necessary, NO POWER STRIPS - electricity must be purchased in advance and will not be available on day of
       

    MARKET GUIDELINES

    • Vendors may NOT sell food or alcoholic beverages
    • Vendors may only decorate within the area of the booth provided, all walkways must be clear and no access or visibility of neighboring vendors may be blocked
    • Vendors must be set up by 4:30pm
