Your appointment in the salon will begin with an in-depth consultation to refine the plan for service and curate a healthy hair experience just for you.

Generally, New Guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of this submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 8+ weeks to be seen.

I understand that TUFT has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be banned from booking future appointments.
