    To register:

    Beginning Monday, June 5 at 9am:

    1. Complete the registration form, and hit the Submit Form button at the bottom of this page.
    2. Then, etransfer a $500 downpayment to barbgormley123@gmail.com.
    3. This downpayment is refundable before July 1 and not refundable on July 1 or later. Spots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. (There are 24 available.)
    4. The remainder of your registration fee is due by July 7.
    5. Total cost including PEI HST: Shared (double) accommodation - $2,413.85; Single accommodation - $2,758.85

    Registering after July 7:

    1. Complete the registration form, and hit the Submit Form button at the bottom of this page.
    2. Then, etransfer the total cost (including PEI HST): Shared (double) accommodation - $2,413.85; Single accommodation - $2,758.85 to barbgormley123@gmail.com. A receipt will be forwarded to you within 24 hours. This payment is not refundable. (We highly recommend both health and travel insurance.)

  • It is your responsibility to read and understand the following information before registering for this event and before signing below:

  • INCLUSIONS/NON-INCLUSIONS: No one books a holiday with plans to cancel it, but unexpected things can happen. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance and trip cancellation insurance once you have registered. Barb Gormley/CustomFit Personal Training and Catharina (Nina) LePage are not responsible for any of your expenses incurred in preparation for the Sea, Sand & Soul Women's Nordic Walking Getaway, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. The price of this event covers the fitness activities, accommodation and meals as clearly described. Transportation (between airport and hotel) and any hotel, meal or other expenses incurred before lunch on September 15 or after breakfast on September 20 are not included in the cost of this event and are paid separately by you. One restaurant lunch is also paid by you. I understand and agree to these terms.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel on June 30 or earlier, your $500 downpayment will be refunded. If you cancel on July 1 or later, you will forfeit your downpayment. The balance of your fee is due by July 1. Your total registration fee is not refundable. However, if you are able to find a person (not already in our database of interested parties) to attend in your place, your total registration fee minus a $500 administration fee will be refunded. I understand and agree to these terms.

  • WAIVER & RELEASE: Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. We are also not responsible for any loss of your personal property. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Barb Gormley/CustomFit Personal Training and Catharina LePage from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Barb Gormley/CustomFit Personal Training and Catharina (Nina) LePage for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from. By signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally.
