$25/Night - Single cat in one room

Your cat will have one of our standard rooms. They will have twice daily access to the larger common space with toys, climbing tree and running wheel, with interactive play time.

$40/Night - Two cats from same household sharing a room

Two cats from the same household who are very compatible will share a room each night with one another. They will have twice daily access to the larger common space with toys, climbing tree and running wheel, with interactive play time.

$50 - Three cats from the same household sharing a room

Three cats from the same household who are very compatible will share a room each night with one another. They will have twice daily access to the larger common space with toys, climbing tree and running wheel, with interactive play time.

CAT BOARDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between Jewelspride Cattery and Cat Owner* .
It is agreed that the Cat Owner has left the following cat(s) in the care of Jewelspride Cattery (Carmen Klassen and family):*
Please include Name, Age, Gender, and Breed of each cat you will be boarding
Cat Owner has read and agrees to each of the following clauses:
1. I understand and agree that in admitting my cat(s) to Jewelspride Cattery, that Jewelspride Cattery has relied on my representation that my cat(s) is/are in good health, free from any disability, illness or condition now or within the last 30 days, which could affect said pet(s), or other pet’s/person’s safety.
2. I further confirm that my cat(s) were up to date on all required vaccinations and deworming at least 14 days prior to the first day of boarding with Jewelspride Cattery.
3. I agree to provide enough of my cat’s food to Jewelspride Cattery to last the full length of my cat’s stay with them and understand that any remaining food will be returned to me when I pick up my cat. Should my cat run out of food, I give Jewelspride Cattery permission to feed a reasonable substitute and will reimburse Jewelspride Cattery for the cost of such substitute.
4. I agree that my cat(s) has/have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person.
5. I further understand and agree that Jewelspride Cattery will not be liable for any problems that develop, or accidents that may happen, provided reasonable care and precautions are followed and I hereby agree to release them and hold them harmless from any liability whatsoever arising from my cat(s)’ stay at their premises.
6. I give Jewelspride Cattery permission to seek medical care should it be warranted. The decision to seek such care is left to the discretion of Jewelspride Cattery. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact me or my emergency contact at the phone numbers and/or email addresses on file before seeking medical treatment. I give Jewelspride Cattery permission to transport my cat(s) to a vet of their choice should my vet be located
more than 10 kilometers from their facility or be unavailable at the time. I further agree to reimburse Jewelspride Cattery for all medical expenses, including transport, not to exceed $ blanks* . Such costs will be reimbursed within 24 hours of me being made aware of them.
7. Should a decision need to be made concerning treatment at any cost or euthanasia, my wishes are as follows:*
Please describe your wishes. For example, "Treatment cost up to $5000 is acceptable" or "If treatment cost is estimated over $3000, I do not want to proceed, and prefer euthanasia".
8. Boarding fees will be charged for each night’s stay. If the cat(s) cannot be collected by 9 pm at the latest on the agreed upon pick up date, I agree to pay for another day’s boarding fee.
10. I am aware that the boarding fee for my cat(s) is as follows: $25 per night per cat/$40 per night per two cats sharing a room/$50 per night per three cats sharing a room. Cats sharing a room must be from the same home and very familiar/compatible with one another.
11. Jewelspride Bengals reserves the right to retain any cat, charging for the extended stay until such time as the outstanding account is settled, or to rehome the cat(s), if there is complete absence of contact with the cat’s Owner and the cat(s) is not collected within 7 days of the agreed upon collection date. Any costs involved
will be the responsibility of the Cat Owner.
