Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Balances not paid in full will be subject to additional collection fees up to 50% and/or attorney fees up to 33% incurred in the collection process. Interest fees will be incurred up to 2.0% monthly or 24% annually on any unpaid balances. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. Unless directed otherwise, Green Prairie Animal Hospitals, its representatives, and employees reserve the right to take photographs of clients and their pets, and to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically for the purpose of publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. After two missed appointments we require a $60 non-refundable deposit to schedule your next appointment. The deposit will be applied to your pet's next visit. If you miss that appointment (or cancel without 24 hours notice) the deposit will forfeited and considered a cancellation fee.
