I understand I have the choice not to participate as a client and the choice not to sign this Agreement. If I choose not to sign, I agree to voluntarily end business relations with SCA Music immediately. I have read and filled out this Agreement and fully understand its terms. I understand that SCA Music is NOT a Law Firm and they are NOT LAWYERS, nor does the company represent itself in such a manner. I understand that SCA provides Legal Assistance on the strict basis of due diligence, experience, and research. I intend my signature to be a complete acknowledgement of this Agreement in it's entirety and SCA Music's unconditional release of all liability.
