By submitting this form, I understand that I am applying to work as an independent contractor with Seminole Sitters. This means I will be responsible to manage my own schedule and provide child care according to clients' instructions and my own experienced judgment. I will be responsible to invoice Seminole Sitters for my work and set aside taxes on my own. I will be free to pursue and provide babysitting or childcare services outside of and independent of Seminole Sitters. However, I will be restricted from providing services to actual or prospective clients of Seminole Sitters independent of Seminole Sitters.
