Refund Request Form
Refund requests must be received in writing no later than May 12, 2023. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or other method approved by Verde Valley Wine Festival, if such original method is not available.

VVWF does not refund unused tickets. Unused tickets cannot be credited for future year’s attendance.

In the event that The Verde Valley Wine Festival has to cancel the festival, ticket holders will have the following options:
- A full refund of your 2023 ticket(s)
- Support our organization by donating the price of the ticket(s) to our organization as we continue to support year-round the AWGA and 501 (c) (3) non-profit organizations.
