Please check the camp program desired (Program 1,Program 2,Program 3... choice). The Mississippi Aviation Heritage Museum (Aviation Camp) will be offered from 8:00am-4:00pm during the following programs:
The first week of camp will be an introduction to the programs where the child/children will be able to make a decision for the accelerated second week of the camp. Aviation History will be taught everyday in the morning.
My child/children, as named above has permission to participate in any and all field trips that are a part of MAHM Aviation camp.
The MAHM Aviation Camp has permission to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child, as named above.
Bullying Policy
MAHM Aviation Camp have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. If there is a incident, the child will not be allowed back to camp and the camp fee will not be refunded.
This information is required for our files. Failure to supply this information will make your child ineligible for MAHM Aviation Camp attendance, as required by the MS State Dept. of Health. I verify that my child as named above has received all age appropriate immunization.
Cost for 2 week camp is $300.00. A non-refundable pre-registration fee of $50.00 is required with the application, (this is part of the original total). Credit cards are accepted. The fee balance is due the first camp day of the week the child is enrolled. The total fee is acceptable at the time of registration. The camp fee includes all costs of instruction, class materials, field trips and transportation. Families with (3) or more participants will receive a 20% discount, (this comes off of balance after deposit).

The history and heritage in the State of Mississippi. The MAHM Aviation Camp is a day camp designed to bring about a greater awareness of aviation history through fun and educational programs.
The MAHM Aviation Camp consists of 2-weeks of seven aviation associated programs. Daily activites will begin at 8:00am-4:00pm. Campers will be grouped according to grades. Camp staff for each group will include an instructor and two assistants. Some of our staff will be CPR/First Aid certified.
Daily Activities
Individual activities will range from one to four hours in duration. Camp Activities include a variety of unique hands-on experience which will make aviation history and heritage come alive. The camp will begin with a welcome orientation on Monday morning. At this time, campers will meet staff members and be divided into groups. Campers will be provided with lunch everyday along with snacks and drinks
This is to certify that as the parent/legal guardian of the above named camper; I give my child permission for his/her participation in the MAHM Aviation Camp. I further certify that I release from any and every liability, claim, right of action of any kind or nature which my child’s legal representative may have for any and all bodily or personal injuries or property damages and any other damages resulting there from which might occur during participation in this facility which this program is conducted.
