If you have questions after you have filled these sections out, there is a box at the end where you can ask questions and we will contact you via telephone as soon as possible.
Chop Size - This selection will be the thickness that all chops will be cut on this carcass.

Trim - As we process your animal there will be trim from the carcass, would you like it ground or cut for stew?
