• the general field of law for which you require assistance,
• the other party's name, and
• if applicable, the name of any children you have.

Purpose:

We will use this to:

• identify whether we may have any conflicts before we gather sensitive and confidential information from you, and
• have the best person contact you.

What to expect:

We will perform necessary conflicts checks and will reach back out to you within at most one business day. (Sometimes, if you submit this within office hours, we may get back to you much faster.)

Please fill in the name of your partner/spouse, ex-partner/spouse, or parent of your child or children.

If the other party has consulted with us, we may be in a conflict of interest and may not be able to represent you.
