Appointment times are offered, based on availability, between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. House Call Vet RVA is closed on major holidays. Appointment requests within the aforementioned timeframes are not guaranteed and subject to change. Services are provided through appointment only. Veterinary care is not available outside a scheduled appointment date & time.

 
Please be advised that House Call Vet RVA is an ambulatory facility. Neither the facility, staff, including Dr. Kaitlyn Hemsley, provides 24 hour service or monitoring. You always have the option of transporting your pet to an emergency facility at any time. Such situations may include, but are not limited to: pet conditions where the doctor recommends ongoing patient monitoring and care, if your pet is experiencing an emergency, your desired timeframe for scheduling cannot be accommodated or if continued or ongoing patient care is indicated.
