Appointment times are offered, based on availability, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays between 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Fridays 8:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays 8:00AM to 12:00PM. House Call Vet RVA is closed on Thursdays, Sundays and on major holidays. Appointment requests and availability within the aforementioned timeframes are not guaranteed and subject to change. Services are provided through appointment only. Veterinary care is not available outside a scheduled appointment date & time.

Please be advised that House Call Vet RVA is an ambulatory facility. Neither the facility, staff, including Dr. Kaitlyn Hemsley, provides 24 hour service or monitoring. You always have the option of transporting your pet to an emergency facility at any time. Such situations may include, but are not limited to: pet conditions where the doctor recommends ongoing patient monitoring and care, if your pet is experiencing an emergency, your desired timeframe for scheduling cannot be accommodated or if continued or ongoing patient care is indicated.
