    6 Foot Vendor Table in Lobby, Breakout Area You will be located in hallways and lobby areas outside of the class and workshop space. You will have business professionals coming out in between their mini workshops to meander and learn about the different services provided by the companies like YOU that will be in the breakout areas. You can be creative and offer snacks or beverages with your logo and information. You will also receive a business headshot for 2 staff taken by local professional photographer. This is something you can use in your marketing materials and business profiles. You will receive admission for 2 staff to all of the workshops.

    Event Sponsor You will receive two 6 foot tables. One will be inside the Workshop/Classroom. One will be in the lobby/breakout area. You are welcome to provide snacks/drinks with logos and your business info. You will also receive a business headshot for up to 4 staff taken by local professional photographer. This is something you can use in your marketing materials and business profiles. You will receive admission for 4 staff to all of the workshops.The attendees will want nourishment for their long day of learning. You will be able to have signage by each directional sign in the Hampton Inn as well as at the welcome/check in. You will get speaking time at the beginning of the day to help with the kickoff of business education and resources. You will also be able to provide marketing materials and flyers at the entry table that will be given to each guest. On the Facebook Event page, You will have your company listed and linked to your website. You will also have your logo included in the Coeur d'Alene Press Newspaper advertisements.

    Happy Hour Sponsor Cocktail Napkins for the social hour will have your logo and any message of your choosing. You will have talking time at the end of the workshop/class session as you get to invite people to the social hour. You can have signage such as pop-up banners, stacks of rack cards and business cards on the appetizer buffet and around the social area room. You will also receive a business headshot for up to 8 staff taken by local professional photographer. This is something you can use in your marketing materials and business profiles. You will receive admission for 8 staff to all of the workshops.You will have a 6 foot table the whole day inside the workshop/classroom area. You will have a second 6 foot table at the exit of the event. So when guests leave the social hour, this is a unique time to hand a brochure with a "swag" item or parting gift. This is fantastic because you are handing them something at the end of a long day and you'll have HUGE "top of mind awareness" as it's a tangible finale in their hands. You will also have your company listed and linked to your website on the Facebook Event page and have your logo included in the Coeur d'Alene Press Newspaper advertising.
