Musicians of Change (PGCEi) Application Form

Musicians of Change (PGCEI) is a level 7 qualification. Students will need to have completed an undergraduate degree or an equivalent level 6 qualification, as detailed on the website and in the guide to making your application document. Students will be communicating with education professionals, fellow students and children and young people on a regular basis and are required to demonstrate an appropriate level of spoken English to meet these varying contexts.

Please answer both of the following two questions, making sure you have first read the information on how to answer them effectively in the 'Guide to making your application' document:

Current Employer (if applicable). NB if you work in multiple settings please select one which will demonstrate your eligibility for the subsidised programme fee (as detailed on the website).

If you run your own charity or CIC and therefore do not have an employer please instead provide details of a referee below who can confirm your eligibility for the subsidised course fee and provide evidence of knowing you within this role.

Your answers in this section are completely voluntary, and will be kept anonymous throughout the majority of the application and recruitment process. We ask for the following information on your background and circumstances for positive action measures; bursary eligibility; data monitoring purposes and to gauge your eligibility for our Targeted Bursaries, as outlined in the the 'Guide to making your application' document.
