For vendor verification, please submit your business information below. All fees are non-refundable, and payment must be recieved before your booth space will be reserved. Please be sure to indicate which months you will be attending, and payment for each month must be recieved to secure your booth space. If you are a Chamber Member, your vendor fees are $200 per event. If you are not a Chamber Member member, your vendor fees are $250. Chamber Members will get first pick of booth location each month. Important Items:
Fire Extinguishers: The Lebanon Division of Fire requires all booths to have a five point ABC fire extinguisher. The Lebanon FD has the authority to check each booth.
Generators: Vendors are permitted to use generators at this festival..as long as they are quiet. We do hold the right to ask you to turn it off, if we feel it is too loud.
Food Permits: All food vendors must obtain a Warren Co Health Dept. Festival Food Permit, unless the vendor has a separate food permit for a restaurant. Contact info: 513-695-1220 or www.co.warren.oh.us.
The Health Dept has the authority to check each booth for the permit on day of event.
