North Valley Christian Academy Registration for all students enrolling in basic Summer Camp options, Sports Camps, Fine Arts Camps and Academic Readiness Camps.
Summer Day Camp for Preschool- 5th Grade Students (Choose each week attending- payment of $208 per week is due the Thursday prior to the camp week starting) *

The weeks of June 27-July 1 and July 11-15 are FULL. We are no longer able to add new students to our summer day camps for those 2 week at this time.

If you are not currently set up to pay through FACTS for NVCA, we will send you an email to the email you have listed on this form with a link to get signed up. All billing will take place through that system.
Health Information
It is our policy to contact the parent or guardian as soon as possible in the event of a serious accident or injury. If the information has changed on or after the day of registration please see the Camp Director at that time. Please ensure camper brings any required emergency devices each day (i.e. Inhaler, Epi Pen, diabetic devices, etc).
List any emergency medical items that will be given to the lead teacher each day such as an EpiPen. If no devices are needed type 'none'. If you have questions about devices not listed please reach out to Taylor Eigen at taylore@northvalleyca.org. *

Payment Information

$35 Registration Fee Due (Fee increases to $50 per student after April 15, 2022)
All billing will take place through FACTS billing.

If you are not currently set up an NVCA staff member will reach out to get you set up for Payment. The balance for each weeks camp is due anytime before each week of camp starts but must be paid the Thursday prior to each week.

I understand all meals and snacks are provided by the parents and brought from home each morning. No snacks will be provided for students in Kindergarten-5th grade. Preschool students will have snack provided each day but will need to bring a lunch. Hot Lunches will not be available for any students. *
