    The South Fin Grill restaurant is looking for a professional Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. Candidate must have an up-to-date NY’s food handlers’ certificate. Additionally, we are looking for skilled line-prep cooks and dishwashers with high volume experience to join our culinary team.  We are seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals who will strive in our fast-paced environment.  A strong focus on development is necessary. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
