Please state T-shirt Size - Participants will receive One complimentary T-shirt (CHOOSE WISELY IN SHIRT SIZE. If unsure always choose larger. If you order the wrong size and it does not fit; unfortunately you will be stuck with that shirt. All shirt orders will be done before the start of the intensive July 6, 2026. NO ADDITIONAL SHIRT ORDERS WILL BE DONE ONCE THE INTENSIVE STARTS.)

By registering for the program, you agree to attend and fully participate in all mandatory sessions. For Ages 10–15, sessions will take place Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and for Ages 16+, evening classes will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Optional Saturday sessions are available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. THIS MEANS THE PARTICIPANT CAN ONLY MISS ONE CLASS. If the participant misses one class for ANY REASON; that participant will loose their deposit and honorarium. Do you agree to these attendance requirements?

Note: If accepted into the Black Arts Development Program: July Dance intensive; You/Parent or guardian will be required to pay a $100(Youth age 10 - 15) OR $200(Adults Age 16 +) commitment fee that is refundable upon completion of the program. THE COMMITMENT FEE MUST BE PAID BY A SPECIFIC DUE DATE BEFORE THE START OF THE INTENSIVE. Upon successful completion of the program the commitment fee will be refunded . An additional $50 (Youth) and $100 (Adults) will be awarded to all Black Arts Development Program: July Dance Intensive participants upon successful completion of program.
