    Empowering International Cultural Heritage Organizations to Build Web and Digital Archives
  • The Internet Archive is accepting applications from libraries and other cultural heritage organizations interested in participating in a program of continuing education and training supporting the development of collections of local history web and digital content. This program is offered by the Internet Archive to provide subsidized training, professional development, and web and digital archiving services.     1. Read the full call for applicants at https://communitywebs.archive-it.org/international.html to make sure you understand the requirements for participation. Send any questions to the Community Webs team at commwebsinfo@archive.org.

    2. Review all of the application questions and take time to prepare your responses. This is a competitive application process involving cultural heritage organizations from around world. We are excited to hear about your community, your organization, and your goals for participation!

    3. Submit your completed application. Be sure to press “Submit” at the end of the application to submit your results—you’ll know it’s worked when you are redirected to a thank you page.

    The information you submit in your application will be accessible to the Community Webs project team. Input from applications may be used in project reporting, but will not include any personally identifiable information.
