We require an "In-Town Emergency Contact" who would be available if needed: 1 - to pick up your pet should the stay not be agreeable with your pet, 2 - be able to take your pet to your veterinarian, and 3 - be able to speak on your behalf should an emergency situation for your pet arise and you are not able to be contacted. We also strongly suggest giving this information to your primary veterinarian's office.

Boarding Reservations must be cancelled at least five (5) days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel five (5) days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of deposit. Day Care and Grooming Reservations require 24-hour cancellation notice.

All boarding reservations must have a credit card on file. A one nights deposit is required during holiday rate times. You may call the store to add it to your profile. If you have a boarding package, this is not required.

Please remember we cannot check in any pet with out up to date vaccination records. Please have your clinic fax them to 404 636-4903. We recommend you follow up with us to make sure we have them, or bring a copy with you just in case.

If your pet records have been changed since your last visit, please save us time by uploading your records. Your request may be delayed with expired vaccinations.
