However, if you wish to arrive early or the extend your stay please check the box below and indicate your arrival/departure dates between October 12 - 19, 2022 and someone will reach out to you with the additional cost.*

A valid passport upon entry to Cancun is required. In addition, the expiration date of your passport should be at least 3 months after your final day of travel. Do you meet this criteria?*

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

A deposit of $200 USD per person is due at the time of booking or you can pay in full upon booking. Only one credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.

A second payment of 1/2 the balance remaining will be due on (6/15/2022)

The final payment will be due (8/1/2022)

Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa credit card valid up to date of departure.

You can contact the Travel Agent, Sornette to pay additional payments after making your intial deposit at (510) 541-7662.

You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time.

Upon arrival each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. The Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travellers’ checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.

CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS

(91) Number of days with 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no penalties applicable.

(90) Number of days with 50% penalty. Between 90 - 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

(30) Number of days with 100% penalty. Between 30 - 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

Cancun COVID Entry Requirements No test need to entry however, the United States is holding its policy of requiring a negative test no more than 24 hours before departure. This applies to every traveler, regardless of vaccination status.

Hard Rock reservations of 3 or more nights booked by March 31, 2022 and traveling between now and December 31, 2022 or until the government mandate is lifted will receive 2 complimentary antigen tests per room. Additional tests can be purchased (cost varies between $35-$50 USD). Antigen testing meets CDC requirements, and must be taken within 1 calendar day before your departing flight to the U.S.
