SINGLE DOG REGISTRATION FOR NEW REGISTRATION OR DUAL REGISTRATION

Single Registration is a method for purebred dogs recognized by other registries to become MKC registered. Use the form below to single register your dog.
If new, or if the pedigree is unknown, the dog must be at least 8 months of age. If the pedigree is unknown, it will show “open” on your certificate, if accepted. Unknown pedigrees will be acknowledged on a case-by-case bases.

The following are the only registration clubs we are accepting for dual registration from: IBKC , USBR , ABDA , UKC, ABKC , BRCIBC – INTERNATIONAL BREED CERTIFICATE CKC - CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB ONLY

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED AND SUBMITTED. ANY INCOMPLETE FORMS AND/OR PAPERWORK WILL BE RETURNED. IF REPROCESSING IS NEEDED YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 USD FEE FOR RESUBMISSION.

Please be sure that handwriting for hand written Pedigree is legible. All uploaded photocopies must be clear, visible quality and size for reviewing. Include any Registration Numbers, if applicable; Please do not include titles or degrees. The pedigree information provided IF ACCEPTED it will appear exactly as it is provided below. THE MKC is not responsible for information that is not provided. Information not provided will result in rejection and will require a reprocessing fee of $10.00 USD.

If needing EXPEDITED/RUSH we offer accelerated shipping options. This is available upon approval of application, which may take 4-6 weeks. When requesting an accelerated service, write EXPEDITED/RUSH on the outside front of the envelope or in subject topic in email. Applications within the continental US will be charged an additional EXPEDITED Service Fee of $40.00 USD. This does not include the approval process. This does not include time in transit.

Fees and Pricing includes a $20.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee. Available for physical mailing addresses in Continental US only.

* Reprocessing ........$10.00 USD

Processing can take up to 1-14 business days from submission date if all information provided is correct, this does not include time in transit. Hand-written (unknown) Pedigree can result in a longer approval time.
