  • Scarborough Sunset Markets presents the "WINTER EDITION" Saturday afternoons in Scarborough Square with delicious warm winter food from around the world, mesmerising open fire pits, mulled wine and beautiful acoustic music.

    Calling all warm winter fare foodies and retailers!  

    If you make the best of the best slow cooked stews; casseroles; soups; goulash; curries; noodles; pies; paellas; wood fired meats and any hot desserts - this is your chance to make some money over the quieter winter months!

    Subject to coucil approval, these markets will take place every Saturday (3pm to 8pm) from 11 May to 26 October 2024.

    The winter markets trade rain or shine and will only cancel if the weather is inclement.

    This is an expression of interest form only and does not guarantee a place at Scarborough Sunset Markets "WINTER EDITION".

    Please be accurate and check spelling as information you provide on this form is used by Event Management for planning and marketing purposes.

    Please note preference will be be given to current financial members of the Scarborough Beach Association (who live or have their business locally).

    Stallholders will only be notified by email if their submission has been accepted for the upcoming season.

    Fees

    Food Stalls or Vehicles - $410 +GST

    Coffee, Beverage & Dessert Stalls or Vehicles - $205 +GST

    Retail Stalls or Vehicles - $95 +GST

    Scarborough Beach Association Members - $99 + GST

  • If you do not have a website or social media presence, please provide images of your product via email markets@kinnandco.com Please include branding / logos. This information will be used in the selection process and promotion of the markets.
     

  • Food & Beverage Stallholders

    All food & beverage vendors are required to supply documentation under the public health act and City of Stirling bylaws for food compliances with all safety regulations concerning the preparation, storage, display and sale of food and beverages. If you intend to sell food and/or drinks, you must submit an "Application to Sell Food at Events" to the City of Stirling. This application must be submitted to City of Stirling a minimum of 4 weeks prior to trading.

  • A copy of your Food Act 2008 Certificate of Registration and other permits maybe required. Successful applicants will be advised of these requirements in due course.

  • Insurance

    All stallholders are required to provide a current certificate of a minimum $10 million Public Liability insurance. It is highly recommended that all stallholders have insurance for the products, especially if selling food.

  • Agreement

    I certify that I have read, understood and agreed to abide by the Scarborough Sunset Markets terms and conditions as attached and outlined above. I understand that if I, or any of my staff, do not comply with the rules and regulations, I may be asked to leave the event site or be liable for any resulting damage to equipment, the venue or people. I agree to comply with the Scarborough Sunset Markets management directives. I, as the owner / operator of the stall, hereby indemnify the event for any loss, damage, liability or any other action in any way resulting from my stall application or use of my stall site area.
