Camp Wetu at Mount Hope Farm -- 2022 Registration Form

To enroll in Camp Wetu, please complete this form and submit the required fees. Within a week of submitting this information, our Camp Wetu director will confirm your camper’s enrollment via an email. She will let you know when you can expect additional camp details, including a Camp Wetu handbook. We will ask you to complete forms such as health information, pick-up authorization, and photo/video waiver forms. We will also require a copy of the camper's birth certificate or passport. Please email camp@mounthopefarm.org with any questions. Note: A separate registration form is required for each child being registered.

Registration Fees: $325 per week for first child in family. Each additional child is $300 per child per week. (Please register additional children on separate registration forms.) Full payment is due at time of registration. See cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund, minus a $50 processing charge, is issued for cancellations made by June 1. A 50 percent refund is issued should a child be unable to attend due to illness upon submission of a signed doctor’s note at the time the cancellation is requested and no later than the start of the enrolled session. The Farm reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment and a full refund will be issued.
