VISITOR ACCESS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
Xelevate is excited to offer an Introductory Drone Immersion class for anyone who is interested in learning about drones through an in person class with hands on flight training!

Learn about basic:
- FAA regulations
- How to fly a drone
- Airspace brief
- Weather guidelines
- Lift and Aerodynamics
- How to become a FAA Certified Drone Pilot
**Must be at least 15 years old, all minors must have a legal guardian accompanying them**

*Class limited to first 15 registrants. Must have a minimum of 10 people for course to take place. Weather pending, (including inclement weather such as rain, snow, or wind above 20 knots), "rain" date will be provided if needed. We will send you an invoice to submit payment once the class is scheduled. (Class runs for approximately 3 hours.)

I HEREBY CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 13 OF THE VISITOR ACCESS TO PREMISES AND FACILITIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
