FOOMP Fest 2024 Vendors Agreement
This agreement is for any potential businesses or vendors that wish to participate in the FOOMP Squad Entertainment event "FOOMP Fest." This agreement is also for any media production company/videographer or photographers that would like to capture the vibes. The event is approximately 6, minus the hour it takes to set up and break down, going on for 4 days, the last Saturdays and Sundays of July and August. You will be given with each PASS: Promotion on our website for a month (landing page, our work, and contact us pages), social media promotion on our IG page @fdabs___ (stories and post) for a month, option to be featured in our People WE fw digital newsletter, promotion through F* Da B.S. podcast, a 12' x 10' space in the are to promote your business and exclusive FOOMP Fest merchandise and more. Stay tuned through our monthly newsletter for updates. We've been holding it every summer since the inception of Foomp Squad Entertainment around the end of July and August. The theme of the events is "Fun with Cannabis," so we are looking for any cannabis vendors that want to push for change in the industry. We are also looking for people selling their wares(Knickknacks, snacks, jewelry, apparel), their businesses and services (venues, models, masseuses, tattoo, graphic art sales, and more), as well as any media (photographers and videographers) that wants to partake and report on the event. We are looking for 20+ vendors for each event. Passes are $100. You may wish to feature in more than one event. Please come as you are. With all that being said, let's begin the form.

There is a vendors fee that we expect after the submission of this form. It is $100 per day. PASSES can be purchased on foompsquadent.com under "Foomp Tix and PASSES" tab. This also gets you into our FOOMP Payout Program to get 15% of your ticket sales back to you if guests use your promo code. In order to secure your spot, we must receive payment AND your submission form at least a week (7 days) before the event. There are NO refunds. Do you accept?

We accept payment through the foompsquadent.com website. This form will take you to a link in which you may purchase your dates and quantities. Vendors that can't make the event will still receive the benefits of promotion on FOOMP through the events, foompsquadent.com and respective social media pages.

If you sell at least SEVEN (7) tickets with people using your 20% off promo code, you get 15% of your ticket sales back to you. You're essentially getting your money back just by inviting people. Not to mention, we don't take any of your businesses sales. There is no capacity for how many tickets you're allowed to sell at this time.
Foomp Fest 2023 Pt. 1 (July 27th & 28th) will be held at a disclosed venue from 2pm to 8pm. Are you ok with this?

FOOMP Fest Pt. 2 (AUGUST 24th and 25th) will be held outside in a sheltered Grove from 2pm to 8pm .This event may require you to get a tent. Are you ok with this?
