FOOMP Fest 2024 Performers Agreement
This is the official agreement is for any performers that would like to participate in the Foomp Squad Entertainment event "FOOMP Fest." We always plan for these events to fall on the last weekend of July and August for about 6 hours each day to perform. We are asking for Up to 18+ bands, artists, comedians, fire spinners, magicians and more to take up our stage for each of our 4 dates. You may choose up to 2 dates to perform for FOOMP Fest. We ask that you please fill out the prompts below and submit your form for confirmation. There is a $50 fee for Performers to lock in your spot in the lineup. You gain access to our FOOMP Performer's Payout Program, and featured on all promotions foompsquadent.com provides, including: your own flyer to promote, space on the website leading to your work, feature on People We FW digital newsletter, FOOMP Fest social media promotion, and free FOOMP FEST merch. Spots are first come, first served. Itinerary will be sent to the selected performers at least 2 weeks in advance. Signup ends in last weekend of JUNE. ALL POTENTIAL PERFORMERS MUST FILL THIS FORM OUT TO BE CONSIDERED. All sound check for your performance must be done at least an hr before event start. We will contact you with confirmation as soon as we can, usually within 2 business days. We welcome all performers with open arms. With that out of the way, let's get to work.

We expect the performers to act and consume responsibly. Event is 21+ and BYOW and BYOB for performers only.
Will you let us know at least 48 hours in advance whether or not you can make it to the event?
Your artist fee will be refunded for the inconvenience.
As a performer for Foomp squad Entertainment, you are obligated to keep the environment as safe and drama free as possible. We reserve the right to remove all problems. Any objections?

As a performer, the $50 fee is mandatory for each performance you want to do. This allows you to be entered into our Foomp Performers Payment Program? If so, what would you like your code to be?
OPTIONAL: To get a payout from the FPPP, you must sell a minimum of FIVE (5) tickets. Those that opt-in get a promo code for a 20% discount of the ticket. 20% of your the total sales that use your promo code go directly to you as profit. The PROMO code will sent to your email address, along with the itinerary. You WILL NOT receive payment if you don't meet the requirements. Funds will be not be sent and this clause will be voided if the performer decides not to show up the day of the event.
We ask that IF you bring a plus one that isn't a part of your performance (entourage, spouse, etc) that they purchase a ticket with your promo code. We will not accept anyone in the event without a ticket or a PASS.
