Scholarship Funds will be awarded to people in need of financial assistance to attend this year’s retreat.

Waiver & Release Agreement

On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCC Toronto, and all those acting on behalf of MCC Toronto, (collectively, “the parties released by this document”) from all claims, demands, actions, rights of action, or other legal rights to claim compensation for any loss or injury which I may sustain as a result of my attendance at the Men’s Retreat at MCC Toronto, whether loss or injury occurs while participating in, going to, or coming from this event. This is a voluntary release for any and all future injuries or accidents. The undersigned is aware of the risks of attending, traveling to and participating in social, athletic and all other events and hereby assumes all risks. The risks include those foreseen and unforeseen, known and unknown.

This Agreement contains and embodies the entire agreement and understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
