Welcome to our Hospitality House of Tulsa program!
Hospitality House provides lodging, meals, prayer support, transportation assistance, laundry facilities, and many more supportive services for families of patients who must travel in medical crisis. We recognize that a medical crisis is often accompanied by a financial crisis. While it costs us $75 a night to provide these supportive services at Hospitality House, we operate solely on donations from guests and our generous community.
Our spacious and comfortably furnished family suites are offered to families at a deeply discounted suggested donation rate of $40/night. If the suggested donation rates for our Hospitality House program creates a hardship for your family, please complete this Family Assistance Fund Questionnaire and we would be happy to accommodate a compatible suggested donation rate for your needs in our Hospitality House of Tulsa program.
Qualifying Guests for Hospitality House of Tulsa program:
Only caregivers that are able to visit the patient are able to stay. Exceptions made on a case by case basis.
Guests that live 30 miles away or greater and have an adult inpatient in a Tulsa medical facility are allowed to stay.
Outpatients and one primary caregiver that live 50 miles away or greater and are receiving daily treatments related to cancer, organ transplant, or dialysis, or other types of daily treatment in a Tulsa medical facility are allowed to stay.
Primary caregivers of inpatient Pediatric patients who live 30 miles away or greater are eligible to stay.

Because of the great need for affordable lodging, we often have a waiting list to stay at Hospitality House of Tulsa and may not be able to accommodate you on the exact dates requested. However, for families that can afford our discounted hotel rates of our Lodgingly.com program, we can most likely accommodate you on the dates you are needing.
