I am aware that these activities are hazardous activities and that minor could be seriously injured. I am voluntarily allowing minor to participate in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved, and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown. As consideration for being permitted by Kaskaskia College, Community College District # 501 (Kaskaskia College) and any lessor or vendor of or on Kaskaskia College premises (“Lessor or Vendor”), to participate in these activities and use the designated Kaskaskia College premises and facilities, I forever release Kaskaskia College, the Lessor or Vendor, any Kaskaskia College affiliated organization, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that the Minor or their assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to(i) participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises or Lessor’s or Vendor’s equipment where these activities occur, whether or not the Minor is then participating in the activities. I also agree that the Minor or their assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release and to hold harmless Kaskaskia College, its agents, employees or any other person against loss or expense including attorney’s fees, by reason of the liability imposed by law except incases of Kaskaskia College’s sole gross negligence, for damage because of bodily injury including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, or on account of damage to property arising out of or in consequence of this agreement, whether such injuries to persons or damage to property are due or claim to be due to any passive or gross negligence of Kaskaskia College, its employees or agents or any other person. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and I enter this contract on behalf of minor and agreement is between minor and Kaskaskia College and the lessor or vendor, and sign it of my own free will.
