PRODUCTION PROCESS:
1st Step: Tumbler Design; You will receive a digital design mock-up within 2-5 Business Days, you may suggest changes.
2nd Step: Digital Design approval is needed when all changes are made.
3rd Step: Invoice will be emailed. The invoice must be paid before I can start.
4th Step: Production Time; 2-4 weeks due to all orders being completed in the order I receive them. However, we work hard to get our orders out sooner. Holiday times may affect the handling times.
5th Step: Ready to Ship; 3-5 Business Day shipping time
