Thanks for helping me out with this! As i probably said when you first started on Plan, having feedback and before and after photos of my slimmers is worth more to me than the money, hence i was offering huge discounts in the hope i would receive some testimonials and before and now pics to put on social media and my 1:1 Webpage. Why did you start the 1:1 Diet in the first place? What was your motivation, how did being overweight make you feel, how did it affect your life, what other reasons did you have to start the diet?

Rewards and Welcome packs. I am having a think about what to do regarding rewards and welcome packs as head office have stopped making lots of the items I used to include in there. From your point of view, what is more important to you as a new customer starting the plan?
