Our Booking Policy
(Covid advisory) All valuable customers are required to perform a general clean-up on your appliances before sending in to our service center.
We reserve absolute rights to reject items which in our own reasonable view are unsanitary and may pose a health risk for our handlers.
For dirty appliances that may compromise the engineer's ability to assess, repair and service, a cleaning fees of minimum RM137.50 will be implemented. You will be require to make payment before any commencement.
Any delivery and other incidental charges and charges for services beyond the scope of Standard Terms & Conditions are chargeable and you will be require to pay before we commence any work. All uncollected items beyond 30 days will be discarded without prior notice. For further inquiries, please contact the customer support before proceeding with the submission.
