PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY
In order to book an appointment if your request is accepted, a deposit will need to be placed to secure your spot. A tattoo deposit of $50 will be accepted via Venmo. If you do not have Venmo when I reach out in response to your request I will have to move on to the next person in line so it is suggested you set up Venmo once your form is submitted or prior in order to fast track the process. A deposit holds your spot and is non refundable. As long as you arrive on time it comes off the cost of the tattoo on the day of your appointment. If you are late, or cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice you will lose your deposit to cover the cost of the artists time. The deposit can be transferred only one time if enough advance notice is given. If you reschedule more than once you will have to place another deposit, resubmit a request form on the next booking day and lose the previous one placed.
Artwork is made available to view when you arrive for your appointment and NOT prior. If small changes need to be made they can be done then and there. If large changes are required, a reschedule date is booked so as to not rush your artwork or tattoo. If you would like more than one tattoo at the same time, please provide all information within the same form rather than submitting multiple forms.
