I acknowledge that my client's dogs can injure me and my agents and employees by biting, scratching or other acts which include but are not necessarily limited to fighting or tripping, knocking down, or sharply pulling upon a person. I also acknowledge that I and my agents and employees can be injured on my client's premises because of dangerous conditions which include but are not necessarily limited to hazards, slippery surfaces, inadequate or negligently maintained equipment, and other things. I further acknowledge that because they might not be able to control their dogs, or because of performing some other negligent act without limitation, I and my employees can be injured by my client, his family, his guests or his agents. These injuries might occur before, during or after a training session, or at other times when I am on the premises, or off the premises in the company of my client and his dogs. The injuries might include bodily injuries as well as the loss or destruction of property.

I also acknowledge that no representations have been made to me of any kind whatsoever stating or implying that my client's dogs are safe, friendly, trained, well behaved, in good health, not biters, not vicious, or not dangerous, or that the premises and the equipment and other things thereon are safe and in good condition, or that my client, his family, his guests, or his agents and employees are knowledgeable about dogs, have experience with dogs, or are safe around dogs. I fully appreciate that training my client's dogs presents substantial risks not only from the dogs but also the premises and the people above described who may be upon the premises or off the premises, whether participating in the training or observing it. In making this waiver of liability, I represent that it is my intention to accept and assume all of those risks as well as other similar risks related to training my client's dogs and being upon his premises.

Accordingly, on my behalf and on behalf of my spouse and minor children, my employees and anyone else who may assist or accompany me when I am training my client's dogs on or off his premises, I hereby (A) waive any and all legal duties on the part of my client and his family, his guests, his agents and employees, with respect to

the ownership, maintenance, handling, controlling, and participation in the training of his dogs, (B) hold harmless and release my client and his family, his guests, his agents and employees from, and assume the risk of, injuries, death, losses, damages, costs and expenses by any means above described, whether to me or my agents or employees, or my or their property, and other injuries, losses, damages, costs and expenses of every possible cause and description, whether to me or my agents or employees, or my or their property, unless inflicted intentionally or recklessly by my client or his family, guests, agents or employees, and (C) agree to indemnify and defend my client, his family, his guests, his agents and employees from all payments, costs, expenses, damages, settlement payments, attorneys fees, and costs of suit in the event that any of my agents and employees make a claim or demand, whether or not filed as a lawsuit, that would be prohibited under the terms hereof were I to have made it.

I fully understand that I am assuming all risks, to me and my agents and employees, that can arise from training my client's dogs, being on his premises, and being with him, his family, his guests, his agents and employees and his dogs off the premises. I acknowledge that training a dog is inherently dangerous and that if I did not make this waiver of liability my client would not want to engage me to train his dogs. My intention is for my client, his family, his guests, his agents and employees to rely upon my acknowledgment of these facts, my assumption of all risks, and my agreement to not make a claim in the event I or my agents and employees sustained bodily injuries are injuries to property of any type whatsoever.
