2022 Boot Camp and Club Week Registration
You are registering a student for BOOT CAMP, June 26-July 1, 2022. Students that participate in Boot Camp week will also automatically be registered for Back Yard Bible Club Week, July 11-15, 2022. Students must have completed 7th grade by this summer in order to participate. The deadline to register for Boot Camp / Clubs is June 1.
Cost

The cost for Boot Camp is $125. You can pay in full at the time of registration or pay a deposit. A minimum $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Your registration will not be complete unless you have paid at least the deposit. Additional payments can be made to your account after registration. Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to make additional payments. All payment for Boot Camp is due no later than June 5.
Cancellations/Refunds

If you need to cancel your student's registration at a later time, please email studentministry@hcbc.com. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

Xtreme Adventure

XA (Xtreme Adventure) is a day camp for kids/pre-teens who have completed 4th-6th grades that takes place in the mornings the same week as NW Austin Clubs (July 11-15). All students who attend Boot Camp and serve on a Club team will either serve at a morning club (approximately 10:00-11:30am) or will serve on an XA team in the mornings. (Note: All students/teams will serve at 1 evening club in addition to their morning assignment.)

Parents - You can be involved too! Boot Camp provides many opportunities for parents to serve and get in on the action. Let us know below if you are interested in any of these opportunities. Someone from our team will follow up with you to confirm.
BOOT CAMP DRIVERS: Monday-Thursday nights of Boot Camp, we need between 75-90 volunteer drivers to take student teams from the Lakeline location to their clubs in East Austin and surrounding areas. The time commitment is from approximately 5:30-9:00pm each night. It's very helpful when Drivers can drive all 4 nights, but we know this is not always possible. Please let us know your level of interest below. If you indicate that you can drive, you will receive an additional email asking you to confirm your information.*

BOOT CAMP SERVANT LEADERS: To ensure the safety of all students at camp, in addition to our Student Ministry team and interns, we have adult chaperones on campus at all times during the week. Waiver/Release The undersigned does hereby give permission for our (my) child on this registration to attend and participate in Boot Camp and Back Yard Bible Club weeks sponsored by Hill Country Bible Church on June 26-July 1, 2022 and July 11-15, 2022. We (I), being 21 years of age or older, do for ourselves (myself) and for and on behalf of my child-participant (if said child is not 21 years of age or older), do hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Hill Country Bible Church and the directors thereof from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned and the child-participant that occur while said child is participating in the above-described trip or activity. Furthermore, we (I) and on behalf of our (my) child-participant of under the age of 21 years, hereby assume all risk of personal injury, sickness, death, damage and expense as a result of participation. Further, authorization and permission is hereby given to said church to furnish any necessary transportation, food and lodging for this participant. The undersigned further hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify said church, its directors, employees and agents, for any liability sustained by said church as the result of the negligent, willful or intentional acts of said participant, including expenses incurred attendant thereto. We (I) are the parents(s) or legal guardians(s) of this participant, and hereby grant our (my) permission for him (her) to participate fully in said trip, and hereby give our (my) permission to take said participant to a doctor or hospital and hereby authorize medical treatment, including but not in limitation to emergency surgery or medical treatment, and assume the responsibility of all medical bills, if any. Further, should it be necessary for the participant to return home due to medical reasons, disciplinary action or otherwise, we (I) hereby assume all transportation costs. We also give permission for photos of my child to be used for future promotional material or placed on the HCBC Website.*
