The Mattituck Park District Seasonal Guest Beach Permit is availible for purchase by Non-Resident Guests. This Application is for Non-Residents to purchase a Seasonal Beach Permit for the 2025 season. The cost is $100.

The permit is valid at the following locations:
- Veterans Memorial Park
- Breakwater Beach Park
- Peconic Bay Park/Mattituck Yacht Club
Beach Permit shall be permanently affixed on any PASSENGER side window.

Permit Rules
1. The Permitee is governed by all rules and regulations of the Mattituck Park District.
2. Permitee indemnifies and holds harmless the Park District from all claims, damages, expenses, suits and losses including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from Permitee’s use of the Park District property and activity in connection with this permit.
3. The permit sticker is to be placed on any PASSENGER-SIDE DOOR WINDOW. Any vehicle not displacing a Beach Permit Sticker will be denied entry. Any vehicle not displacing a Beach Permit Sticker will be towed at owner’s expense.
4. Any violation in connection with this permit will revoke the permit immediately.
