The Mattituck Park District Seasonal Guest Beach Permit is availible for purchase by Non-Resident Guests. This Application is for Non-Residents to purchase a Seasonal Beach Permit for the 2026 season. The cost is $200.

Permit Rules
1. The Permitee is governed by all rules and regulations of the Mattituck Park District.
2. This permit is valid for the year specified above and designated Permitee.
3. Permitee indemnifies and holds harmless the Park District from all claims, damages, expenses, suits and losses including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from Permitee’s use of the Park District property and activity in connection with this permit.
4. The Beach Permit is a hangtag and should be hung from the center rearview mirror so beach attendants at all MPD beaches can easily see them when vehicles stop at the booth.
5. Each hangtag is assigned to a specific vehicle, and the license plate printed on the hangtag must match the vehicle using it. It is not transferable.
6. Any vehicle not displaying a Beach Permit Sticker will be denied entry. Any vehicle not displacyng a Beach Permit Sticker will be towed at owner’s expense.
7. Any violation in connection with this permit will revoke the permit immediately.
