Booth SetUp Image Required: One (1) image must be of exhibitor's booth, showing overall continuity and presentation of current body of work.
- Image must be of entire booth.
- Applications without a booth image will not be juried. If you do not have a photograph of your booth from a previous festival, we recommend creating a mock booth setup in a 10' x 10' area showing how your booth would appear at our show. It should include your product.
Product Images: Three (3) images must be of individual pieces of work.

GENERAL RELEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF RULES: I, the applicant, do expressly release Scituate Art Festival, Inc., its officers, directors, members and all volunteers directly associated with Scituate Art Festival, Inc. from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, property or goods which may arise from participation in the Scituate Art Festival. If this application is accepted, I give permission to use my name, business name, images submitted, and any photographs or videotape taken at the show of me or my items for advertising and/or publicity purposes. Further, I give permission to publish my name, business name, website, city and state on the Scituate Art Festival website. I make this application in good faith and am ready, willing and able to participate in the Scituate Art Festival upon acceptance. I understand that acceptance into the event, through written notification, including email communication, implies a contract with all duties, fees and obligations incumbent therein.
