  • Leadership Estero Application 2022 - 2023

    Overview: The Greater Estero Chamber's leadership program seeks to introduce a broad range of Southwest Florida participants to the Estero community, its unique history, and the key issues impacting the area. Through behind-the-scenes tours and workshops with community partners and leaders, participants will develop lasting relationships, bolster their leadership skills, and work collaboratively on a community project for the greater Estero region.

  • Program Schedule

    • Thursday, October 20, 2022 - Team Building (mandatory to attend) 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by dinner at DiVieto Ristorante
    • Friday, October 21 - Kickoff at 8:30 a.m. (Estero History)
  • Class Sessions (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

    Session One: Friday, November 18 - Environment

    Session Two: Friday, January 20 - Education

    Session Three: Friday, February 17 - Social Services

    Session Four:  Friday, March 17 - Arts, Culture, Entertainment/Tourism

    Session Five:  Friday, April 21 - Healthcare

    Session Six:  Friday, May 19 - Local Government/Public Safety

    Graduation: June 2023 Annual Luncheon (to be determined)

    • Please note that dates and programs are subject to change.
    • Programs are all-day sessions, unless otherwise noted.
  • Attendance

  • Attending program sessions is essential to achieve the program's full value.  Those who cannot fully participate in a minimum of five sessions and the full kickoff (October 20-21) should not apply for the program.  The participant's employer will be required to sign an agreement to their full support for the employee's time required to participate in the Estero Leadership program.
