MINI SESSION RETAINER FEE: The mini session fee includes 20 minutes of the photographer's time and talent at the location of photographer's choice, and retouching of your final images. $75 down to secure your time. Remaining payment of the session fee is due at the time of booking and guarantees your appointment time. Please submit the session retainer fee payment along with these forms as soon as possible. Session fees are non-refundable.*

MODEL RELEASE: I hereby give Marissa Dillon Photography the right to use my picture, portrait, or photograph in social media advertisement. Marissa Dillon Photography LLC and CLIENT agree that Marissa Dillon Photography LLC is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the PHOTOSHOOT. Marissa Dillon Photography LLC cannot guarantee any poses or facial expressions, and is not responsible for the cooperation level of participants. As it is impossible to force excitement or smiles, the client understands and accepts that there are no free re-shoots of any session due to the lack of cooperation or smiles in the child/client/spouse/family members. Marissa Dillon Photography LLC reserves the right to eliminate images that are considered tests, out-takes, duplicates, or not to Marissa Dillon Photography LLC’s standards. Marissa Dillon Photography LLC is not responsible for clients clothing choices, hair style choices, make up choices or any other personal choices the client makes in regards to their presented appearance for their photoshoot, as such Marissa Dillon Photography LLC will not provide a free reshoot for dissatisfaction based on clothing, hair, or makeup choices of the client.*
