Camp Registration for May 31 - June 3, 2022
CAMP DETAILS

Advanced Camp for boys & girls entering 6th-8th grades; 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Instructional Camp for boys & girls entering 3rd-5th grades; 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Cost: $80.00 required with registration.

A new form must be completed for each child.

Registrations are due by May 12. A $10 late fee will be added to all registrations after that day.

In consideration of the acceptance of this application, I, intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against James Valley Christian School, or its representatives and/or assignees for any and all damages which may be sustained and suffered out of my traveling to, participation in, and returning from camp.

All campers must have their own medical insurance.
