Submitting this form does not confirm nor commit you to a Barn Party. It is to help us coordinate and schedule any/all interests for our programs. You will be contacted by one of our Staff to confirm your submitted request, at which time you will confirm your event. (Should you still choose to do so.)
We want your party to be special for you and your child. Please use this form to help us plan your special day! Party down with your cake, candles, and presents in our meeting room or enjoy the farm-fresh air, overlooking the pastures & woods. Bring your favorite humans and let the animals help you celebrate down at the Barn!
- Minimum age of party-person: (turning) 2 years old
- Maximum party-goers: 20*
- Program duration: 2 & 1/2 hours – one & 1/2 hours for festivities and party attendee arrivals; one hour for farm activities - meeting the animals.
- The cost is $350 for two & half hours, if you would like extra time, the charge is $50 for each additional half-hour.
- We will set-up 8-ft tables, chairs, canopys (if needed), and various yard games.
- You're welcome to bring decorations, food, paper goods, and table covers. We ask that you refrain from using anything with glitter.
We will coordinate with you, party set-up and decorating, up to 45 minutes before the start of your festivities. Please note- we are a working, educational farm and have programming happening 7 days a week!
