Volunteer coaches must be 18 years of age or older and must complete a Criminal Background Screening before volunteering with the Boys & Girls Club of McAllen.

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email from “ Your local Boys & Girls Club do_not_reply@FADV.com.” You will need to click on START to complete the process. Please do so within 48 hours.

Once it has been reviewed and cleared, you will be called by one of our Sport Coordinators.
