Welcome! This form will make sure that Allegra is the right fit for your needs, and upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to book your first appointment. Otherwise, if it doesn't seem to be the right fit, I will send you some recommendations!

-I offer hair color sessions. I do not offer haircut only or nail services.

-If you are looking for a haircut only or a formal style, I am more than happy to connect you to a few stylists I trust.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% of the appointment total. A credit card on file is required for all appointments when booking. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.

Late Policy:

Arrival to a scheduled appointment 15 minutes late will result in a $35 fee and the possibility of some or all appointments canceled. If I am running late, due to personal reasons, I will take $35 off of your service for inconvenience.

Redo Policy:

A redo service will be complete within 5 days of the completed appointment. Depending on what was discusssed during the consultation will result in either a complimentary redo service or a product cost redo service.

Retail Return Policy:

Any product purchased can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full purchase credit towards your next service. Product must be 3/4 full.

Card on File Agreement:

A credit card on file is required for booking an appointment. It is the client's responsibility to make sure the credit card on file is up to date and not expired. The credit card on file will allow the client to book future appointments and will be saved to their account.

Once you click submit, I will receive your digital consultation. I will review the information and then send you an email with the service that will fit your needs the best. Below are the booking instructions. I will also send these instructions in the email with the service that is a best fit for your needs.

Booking Instructions

Step 1: Visit thehairaffairsalonwausau.com. Scroll down to the book now button on the main page. Once you're redirected to the booking site, find the service that is sent to your email once the new guest application has been filled out. (In the email that is sent to you, there will be a direct booking link attached.)

Step 2: Select the Day and Time that works best for you.

Step 3: Follow the prompts to book your appointment. You will be required to put a Credit Card on file (stored securely) to book with me, however you will not be charged anything until the end of your first appointment with me, in which you can use whatever payment method that is most convenient for you.

You will be receiving multiple emails from me with more information on how to prepare for your appointment, so make sure to add thehairaffairsalonwausau@gmail.com to your contacts in your email and always a check your junk mail to make sure you don't miss them!
