    This occasion to understand your body's limits, learn to push them safely, know how to handle yourself in tricky situations, learn about your nervous system and fear response and start prepping to change your response to a calmer, more confident state!

    If you know me, you know I'll be adding extra tools to help you navigate your emotions, your mind, your body, your whole self to improve your confidence and mindset in and out of the surf!

  • Who Is This For?

    The ocean lover wanting extra tools to build your confidence in the water/ the surfer that wants practical tools to navigate hold downs and tumbles and recovery between sets and anyone wanting to learn to navigate, understand and transcend fear and anxiety in a safe and fun way - This Course is for all genders and ages 💙💫🤙🏽 ONLY PREREQUISITE: BE ABLE TO SWIM 100M (get in touch before booking if you are not a strong swimmer)
  • Event Details & Info

  • This is a full day (0830–1530) face to face course. All new theory content and presentation followed by a pool practical.

    Gear required

    Swim goggles (not a dive mask), surf wetsuit plus swimmers or boardies (If you are not a strong swimmer we suggest you bring body board or similar style rubber swim fins).

    NOTE: Although most pool water is around 27 °C students can expect to be in the water for the entire 2–3 hours. The body cools dramatically during static breath holds so thermal protection is highly recommended for the first stages of the water session.


    Prerequisite

    Ability to swim 100 m unassisted (rubber body board / swim fins can be worn if required). Participants must be at least 18 years old (15–17 year olds may attend but must be in company of and supervised by a responsible adult (18+), who must also register and undertake the training.

    Once you've registered you will be provided booking confirmation details with course details with a medical questionnaire. Remember to add the event to your calendar so you don't forget.
