Job Summary:
This job contributes to Hills & Valleys success by providing significant customer service to all customers. All work creates the Hills & Valleys Experience by giving customers premium quality yet affordable beverages, friendly customer care, and a vibrant in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lives out integrity, passion, excellence, connection, and empathy as Hills & Valleys’ Core Values. Maintains a calm presence and sound mind during periods and seasons of a high volume of customers and unusual events to promote a vibrant and comfortable store environment.
- Provides quality and most personalized beverages for all customers based on all recipe and presentation standards. Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Anticipates customers and store needs by identifying cues of customers’ change of behavior. Communicates any relevant information to cafe managers for immediate and necessary actions to promote a relaxing and vibrant environment during each shift.
- Follows Hills & Valleys operational policies and procedures including the safety and security protocols to ensure safety and sound environment for all employees during each shift.
- Assists new coffee specialists with relevant training to reinforce successful barista performance and by providing immediate feedback and coaching as needed.
- Maintains a clean and organized workflow and workspace so that coffee specialists can locate resources and products.
- Contributes to overall success goals of the company by providing feedback to the management team as requested and needed.
- Assist in developing new coffee beverages to offer to most loved and new customers. This achieves Hills & Valleys’ Vision of being the most loved and respected coffee brand in the Philippines.
- Maintains excellent performance through regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Full-Time
Candidate must possess at least 2nd year college degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Dietetics or equivalent.
