I Buyer name* understand that this is an application for a kitten/cat and not a final contract of sale. Your application will be reviewed at anytime or many times. All applications submitted will be saved for records even after termination. We do not start taking deposits on kittens until we have a confirmed pregnancy. This is to estimate the available spots the waitlist will have. You will not be contacted until a confirmed pregnancy. Contact will go in order as application is received on breeders end. Waitlist is first come first serve on deposits. Your application does not guarantee a spot on the waitlist until a deposit contract is signed with deposit made to Hannah Denico, unless otherwise stated. Deposits will be made in separate contract. Any failure to respond to a phone call, email, text, or other form of contact provided on application in two days (2 days), will result in application termination and a new one will need to be submitted.

I Buyer name* agree that all information provided in this application is correct. Failure to provide correct information can result in removal of application, waitlist position, and kitten contracts. I Hannah Denico reserve the right as Owner to refuse sale of any kitten in future if information is proven false.
