The $200 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances unless at fault of neicy 360 This rule applies to any of the clients unforeseen circumstances as well. If cancel within 72 hour will receive full refund - Your start time and end time that was agreed upon booking is set unless we’ve discussed a different start time prior to your event. - You, the client, will still be responsible for a late booking start time even if you are: having trouble finding a power outlet or your power outlet source is having difficulties.your guest hasn’t arrived or your event is still being set up.If you are unsure of where the 360 photo booth will be located at in your event and etc. PLEASE NOTE: The deposit is non-refundable!!! Under any circumstances; unforeseen circumstances as well!

Rebooking Policy:If your event is cancelled within 48 hours of original date booked then a rebooking of the event is possible. The rebooking policy will exclude another payment of the non-refundable deposit fee but the deposit is still non-refundable. When rebooking, please understand that "Neicy360" will try to accommodate future dates requested.Once the form is completed and signed; I will email you with a confirmation of your cancellation or contact you for further information on your rebooking.Please check a box below signifying that you, the Client, are cancelling or rebooking the coverage for your event date and time and enter the reason for the cancellation.*
