- Adequate shelter from wind, rain, and sun (such as a tent or gazebo)
- A fresh water source nearby to fill rinse buckets
- A nearby garbage
- 2 chairs per artist
- A suitable table (1 to 2 artists require a 4-6 foot table, 3 to 4 artists require an 6-8-foot table, 5 or more artists require two 6-8 foot tables).

I understand that payments are non refundable, except in the rare occurrence where A) Trinity Body Art needs to cancel their attendance at the above event for reasons beyond their control, and B) The event itself is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizers control.
