FESTIVAL DATES: October 10th, 11th & 12th, 2025

FESTIVAL AVAILABILITY: The festival kicks off at 5pm on Friday, and finishes at 5pm on Sunday. However, we also need volunteers for set-up on Thursday.

Hickory's Oktoberfest will provide food and drink vouchers for volunteers who work entire shifts.

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• I agree to show up to my rostered shifts on time, and to advise Hickory's Oktoberfest Festival staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shifts changes.

• I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of Hickory's Oktoberfest staff.

• I agree to show up to my first rostered shift 10 minutes before the scheduled time, so as to be informed of particulars of the role and the venue.

• I will not show up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• I agree to advise Hickory's Oktoberfest staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that have been assigned. (We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.)

• I agree to inform Hickory's Oktoberfest staff immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.

• As a member of the Hickory's Oktoberfest Festival team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival.

• I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested.

• I understand that I am volunteering my services to Hickory's Oktoberfest festival and will not receive any remuneration for my services.
